Cape Rendezvous is a newly renovated, rammed earth property set in 5 acres of bushland, close to Busselton. It offers seclusion but is also close to the beach, restaurants, and all that is offered by the neighbouring Margaret River and Dunsborough regions.
The property has been uniquely styled; with many of the furnishings hand-made by the owner, re-purposed or antique. Inspiration has come from the surrounding nature, and a hint to the owner’s English roots, with William Morris wallpaper and art. The main living area, upstairs, is a stunning open-plan space, with a vaulted ceiling. It opens onto a wraparound deck, with views across the garden and into the trees. Downstairs is a stylish lounge and desk workspace.
The renovated bespoke kitchen offers a luxurious space to entertain. The large main bathroom has a freestanding bath facing the garden, crowned by a crystal chandelier above. There are four eclectically styled bedrooms, all with hotel-quality mattresses and toppers. The bedroom upstairs has an ensuite bathroom and opens onto the deck outside.
If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.
Ideal for couples or groups: As a couple, the place has a romantic, secluded feel. Enjoy spending the day relaxing, sitting on the balcony upstairs, grateful for the open space and time away. You'll have the whole house and gardens to yourself.
For groups, the house has the rooms and space to host more people. The beautiful open-plan living area upstairs, with vaulted ceiling, and substantial kitchen island, allows people to gather and share time together, whilst, elsewhere, there are many quiet spaces to escape to.

Please be aware the there are steep stairs internally from the ground floor to the second floor. These are not suitable for younger children.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
