Lovely three bedroom villa in the small and quiet town of Cala San Vicente, Pollensa, in northern Mallorca, situated in a privileged location within a forest of pines and oaks. The golf courses of Pollensa and Aucanada are close to 10 and 20 minutes. A 6 km is the town of Pollensa with the beautiful square and its many traditional festivals and 7 km Puerto Pollensa. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the sea and nature.

Summary: Had a great Summer week at the villa with family. The villa itself was really clean and very well stocked for us to clean up after ourselves (lots of bin bags, fresh sponges, mops, brushes etc) which was good to see. The pool and beach are so close and there are lots of amenities close by. Would come back again! The only thing to note is there are a lot of steps in the town, and the road to get to the house either has steps or a bumpy road so for people using buggies/strollers or wheelchairs this can be trickier than you may expect but is manageable - just slows things down!
