You only have one neighbor it's on a lake and is a great view as the sunshine comes up in the morning. This is only a cottage and meant to stay a cottage with a few upgrades to keep it simple as life needs to be.
The mancave garage is just a few simple games and its rustic .... enjoy the few amenities we offer location!!
You have access to all areas of the property to include the volleyball the hot swim pool Spa which is on the driveway and the basketball hoop and the gas grill and fire pit in the docks and the kayaks and the swimming pool.
Feel free to rent a boat we have pontoon boats available. you will be given a code upon completion of your statement to the actual guest count.

This is a very quaint quiet neighborhood that is made up of good neighbors and family members and we respect the fact that you would and stay alert to all of those around you.
please do not be in a hurry and wave friendly to other people there our vacation rental people around you and other people that live there.
The best form to get around this area is to have a car if you would like to travel just for a hike or a bike the school down at kettle Lake is a good spot to walk and there is a playground.

This vacation rental is for family and friends any open invite parties are subject to fees deposits and additional charges.
We charge $25 per person extra per night over the programmed amount which is for people.
through our open-door policy, we welcome extra guests however there is an extra fee and we pre-charge for five guests cleaning allowing the planner to go free on cleaning fee.
Additional guests are $20 per person do on actual guest charged to any guests staying past 9:00 p.m.

Damage deposit is required for all properties before arrival unless waived by the owner. You will not gain access to the property until damage deposit or any unpaid balances are received. The damage deposit varies depending on what property and group size(on average $20-$25 per person) Minimum of $100 to $2500. It can be paid through the following options, cash app, venmo or paypal. It will be refunded 14 to 21 days after your check out depending on receiving your review.
After arriving to the property, we require to fill out our arrival review sheet, there is a link in our group check in text or there will be a hard copy at the location to fill out. If this isn't filled out by 2 hours after arriving, any waived fees will be reapplied to your bill or a minimum fee of $100 will be added to your bill.
Outside umbrellas must be closed up when not in use, if they get damaged there will be a $50 fine.
No fireworks allowed. There are no exceptions to this. Neighbors on the lake will call the cops and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Propane tanks are $30.00 each with a $40.00 deposit.
