Featuring a 1.000 m2 outdoor area, with comfy sun beds that are there to welcome you by the unique private shaped pool 1-1.8 meters deep, with sun terrace surrounded by a colourful flower garden. A playground setting for our young guests and a table tennis for those who are sport lovers, will offer you some quality family time and endless fun. Enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding area and hills and the refreshing country air. Soak up the sun around the pool terrace and be charmed by nature’s music, harmonically combined with the perfume of wild Cretan countryside. For the lounge lovers, there is a sitting area, under the trees where you can rest, all you may need after a long day of exploring, offering you the opportunity to read your summer books and enjoy the company of your loved ones. You can try preparing your meals at the BBQ facilities available and try al fresco dining. The villa has its own yard and garden where healthy biological (organic) vegetables are grown and offers you the opportunity to experience the Cretan pure products, so don’t hesitate to try the fresh fruit and vegetables during your stay. All three apartments are beautifully designed, exceptionally constructed and decorated with care, ready to welcome you and offer you a memorable holiday getaway.
Each apartment features a double bedroom(1,60x2.00), a bathroom with shower, a cosy living area, (where two guests can be accommodated ) and a kitchenette for your daily needs. • Each apartment can welcome up to four guests. • All units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV and each one has its own private balcony, which enjoys picturesque views of the pool and the garden. • A large, fully equipped kitchen can also be found on the ground floor with a spacious wooden dining area, ideal for family gatherings and perfect if you want to have your meals at home.

Margarites is a small village located in Rethymno Prefecture, known for - or rather famous for-its pottery, which constitutes a local tradition and widespread occupation since the Minoan times. Today, the settlement constitutes on of the most important centres of pottery and ceramic art in Crete. It counts 17 workshops- some of them also operate as exhibitions, giving visitors the chance to watch experienced and skilful artificers making all sorts of ceramic items and imitations of ancient Minoan potteries.
Throughout the area the visitor is invited to walk in a region of particular natural beauty, to admire important monuments and to experience the customary local hospitality.
