Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent location in Chelsea, walking distance from Penn Station, great restaurants, and even Times Square. Room was spacious (bathroom was a bit small, but that’s no biggie) and comfortable! Loved the rooftop with an incredible view and a happy hour! Staff is super kind and helpful.
Negative: The elevators can take a minute, but it really depends on the time of the day. During check in it was more of a slog but that’s understandable. It would not at all prevent me from staying there again.
Summary: Excellent value and comfortable hotel in Chelsea
