Nestled in a quiet gated community, this 2-story home offers 2500 ft. of living space. As you explore our beautiful home, you will find 3 spacious bdrms + 1 bonus rm upstairs, as well as a fully equipped laundry room. The large primary bdrm is a sanctuary of relaxation featuring a spa-like suite bathroom and roomy walk-in closet. Downstairs offers a open concept floor plan and a nice office for our busy bee guests. Plenty of room and activities for families and children. We have it all.

All bedrooms are upstairs as well as the laundry room. All beds provide premium linen for extra comfort.
Master bedroom: King size bed with spa-like master bath and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed.
Bedroom 3: Twin size day bed with twin pull out trundle.
Loft: Full sized futon.

Welcome to the ENTIRE house. Enter through the front door to discover a beautifully modern home, complete with stunning decor and artwork that will surely uplift your spirits.
Entry is via smart lock on the front door: a unique code will be provided to you at check in. Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage.

No noise ordinance of 9 pm . No loud music or partying. Please respect our home, community, and neighbors. Parties and additional guests not listed on your reservation will result in the termination of your stay without any refund. As added security, the home is equipped with 24-hour surveillance.
There is a strict no smoking policy inside our home . Parking: the driveway offers (2) parking spaces. Street parking is not allowed passed 10pm. Parking is enforced through the community patrol and violators will be subject to vehicle being towed at owners expense. If you need additional parking, you must park outside the community gates on the street.
