Positive: The view. Comfortable sofa.

Negative: The house smelt badly of cigarettes, specially in the cabinetry. The hot tub seemed to have too much chlorine in the water. If the top was off and you were sitting close to the hot tub it would still sting your eyes not even being in the water. In the bathroom the tub had a spider and spider webs that needed to be taken care of. The only vacuum in the house did not work well, and the rugs needed better vacuumed.

Summary: Cute little cabin, the stay was nice. Needed to be better cleaned before stay.
