The restoration of this historic structure showcases the original hardwood flooring and more.
The home features a large bedroom, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include Sony 36-inch flat screen HDTV, wireless Internet, private bath, covered off street Parking, Central A/C and Heating, full size laundry (W/D in the outside utility room for unit A), and more. Comfortable guest room includes 1 queen bed, 1-twin bed, plus 1-Queen Sofa-bed in the living room. The beds have luxurious down comforters and linens.
