Positive: Location and views superb

Negative: Previously stayed here two years ago - absolutely great location. 2 years ago the property was in need of some 'TLC' (we highlighted these areas in our comments 2 years ago); disappointingly, the areas requiring some 'TLC remain......window handles all need sorting, cold tap to the wc is sticking, hot water buffer tank isn't really large enough (hot water doesn't last long), general mastic / sealant requires replacing in numerous areas, there's water stains on ceilings etc.
