Positive: Really good location, clean and modern apartment with anything you need for a comfortable stay with kids or another couple, as it has two bedrooms. Big supermarket across the street and full blinds if you fancy to sleep in late. A/C in all rooms works perfectly and quietly.
Negative: The communication with the owner was a bit slow on reply and there were some issues that did not resolved until we left. Maintenance should be better - torn HDMI cable, broken bathroom hangers, window that doesn't close, no shelves in the shower.
