2 Bedroom House with Security, Bedding and Barbecue
Come and stay at Brothers Cove Lake House on Lake Graham. Offering a lake front cabin with covered porches, dock & a fire pit. The Back yard has three separate covered porches for relaxing in the shade. Conveniently located off FM 3003, just a few minutes from Graham, Texas. The cabin sits above the lake, with a steps down to the dock and water. It has an authentic rustic charm with all the modern conveniences you will need regardless of season. It's a perfect retreat for a couple or small family.
The Space:
The living room offers a large sleeper sofa and loveseat as well as a wood burning fireplace. The TV is equipped with Direct TV service and a Roku for streaming. The full kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, stove top, oven, fridge and a Keurig coffee marker. There are two bedrooms, both with a queen sized bed and both have adjacent full baths with tubs and shower. We also have a self-inflating full size air-matters and sleeper sofa with a premium queen size mattress for kiddos and/or additional guests. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided. The is a propane grill on the back porch and a small rock fire pit in the back yard.
Guest access:
Access to the cabin is through the back door (lake side) with a keypad, guest will be provided the code before their arrival. Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the outside storage building. Free onsite parking is provided but we ask you to please stay on the driveway and not park in the grass.
Other details to note:
Guests are welcome to bring their boat and/or personal watercraft, there is a public boat ramp less than 2 miles away. Swimming from the shore is not an option, the slope is too steep and rocky. Guests may swim off the dock.
