Summary: Location was good. House was from the 1900. There was charm to it, but doors were literally were falling off hinges. This property could use a face lift. Rugs were nailed to older carpet. Very spacious and stocked with kitchen items. There was a mouse in the kitchen. I understand sometimes it’s out of the owners control. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would not stay at this property again, especially since they “double” charged me for the stay. It took days and multiple attempts to connect with anyone, even hotels.com struggled to reach the property. They did refund the money they should have NEVER charged, just wish I didn’t have to go through the hassle. I’m not trying to be disrespectful, I just want to be honest so that fellow travelers can make an educated decision on whether or not they’d like to stay at this property.
