Summary: When I removed the covers to get in bed, the sheets were dirty; hair and debris like they hadn’t been changed since the last guest or maybe properly washed. I informed reception and they promptly replaced the sheets. However, a few minutes after laying down I felt something crawling on my right shoulder, a tiny brown bug that Im guessing was a bed bug. I would not stay again because of the lack of hygiene in the rooms.
