Summary: I travel a lot and Ayesha was the best host I've ever worked with. There were some issues with towels and the heat when I first arrived and Ayesha was in constant contact with me - even phoning to make sure everything was set The property itself is very nice and as described and in an excellent location. My one suggestion is that the flat be better stocked for guests. There were only two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth, which was okay for me alone but not if I had a companion. It took the towels a while to dry so I alternated days. Also, there is no towel rack. Likewise, there were only two coffee cups though four of some other kitchen items. It would be nice if there were four of everything. And, the living room could use a lamp. I was there in the winter and it was very dark. Lastly, it would be nice to have written instructions on how to operate the heat and shower. Overall though, a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.
