A huge and comfy sofa that turns into a bed (sleep 1) will accompany you after a long tiring day of exploring Dubai. Sit back and relax as you watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV or just browse the internet on the apartment's high-speed internet connection. A comfy high back velvet accent chair is there for extra seating. A wooden oval shaped center table, soft rug, ceiling light and wall arts enhance the ambience of this whole area.
Cook meals with the appliances in the kitchen! Whether you simply want coffee in the morning or prepare a grand meal, everything is there for you. Right next to the kitchen is the dining area. Enjoy your tasty home-cooked meals as this area comes complete with a square dining table paired with two dining chairs!
The bedroom is designed to match your taste and standards. It comes with a queen-sized bed fitted with a hotel-quality mattress, linens and pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. The room comes complete with a side table with lamps, pendant light, a dresser with mirror & a wardrobe. A desk and chair is also placed in the corner of the bedroom in case you need a quick catch up with your office mails.
The bathroom is neat and clean and has fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion for an enjoyable stay.
Step out onto the balcony to get some fresh air or admire the greenery view, which can be therapeutic because of the calmness it emits.

The Neighborhood:
The Greens is a beautiful and family-oriented community of Dubai. You will find a lot of greenery, kid's areas, excellent grocery shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area.
Al Arta is one of the neighborhoods in The Greens that is lined with stylish and sophisticated low-rise towers. This place is ideal for small families, business men, couples, and groups of friends who want to spend time in this kind of community.
The Greens is also close to the Emirates Golf Club. Families will find it easy to spend time together playing golf and enjoying the sun.
Getting Around:
Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi. Greens has amazing and quick access to all of Dubai via Sheikh Zayed Rd. as well as Al Khail St.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or bus, there is a bus stop 3 minutes away on foot. Bus F35 goes to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, the Mall of Emirates, and the metro station with the same name that is also adjacent to it. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (25min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person) then a taxi or bus ride at the Mall of Emirates.
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
