A spacious 6 bedroom pool home located in the popular Seasons community, located minutes from the major attractions, shopping and restaurants. The home boasts a games room, enormous pool deck with spa.
The two living areas offer plenty of space to spread out – at the front of the home, with a sleeper-style sofa, and at the rear with a bright double-height space. The main open plan living area has a sectional sofa offering a place to relax – there is a large screen TV with an X-box console.
Leading outside through large sliding glass doors, the pool deck spans wider than the house and receives sun throughout the year. There is a covered shady area with table and chairs to enjoy dining outside, plus further seating and loungers by the long pool and bubbling spa. Pool/hot tub heating is available at an additional cost as well as gas BBQ grill (for cleaning and propane). There is a privacy fence along the rear of the property, creating your own secluded oasis.
The sizeable kitchen is freshly updated and provides everything you may need to cater for a large group, together with new stainless steel appliances. There is a breakfast area to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the pool deck, or formal dining space for a family meal.
There is a master bedroom with kingsize bed downstairs. As well as access to the pool deck, the bedroom has a walk-in-closet and ensuite bathroom including bathtub, shower and separate toilet. There is an additional master upstairs, also with kingsize bed, plus two queen rooms, all with ensuites. Enjoy the view from the rear of the home as the sun sets over the pond behind. There are a further two bedrooms perfect for children – one themed with princesses and the other with superheroes. All bedrooms have TVs installed.
There is plenty of fun to be had in the games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey. High speed wifi and cable TV are included, together with plenty of towels and linen. Washing and drying machine in-house for guest use.
The home is located on Seasons situated in a fantastic Kissimmee location close to Hwy 192. You are in easy reach of all Orlando’s attractions, including Disney a short 15 minute drive, Sea World 20 minutes and Universal 30 minutes. The area also offers a wide choice of restaurants and shopping, plus 24hr WalMart less than a mile away. Despite being so conveniently located to everything, the community is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Seasons is a small and secluded collection of homes in a well-maintained setting. As well as a children’s playground there is a pond and walking trail – a great place for stroll in the evening and see some Florida wildlife.
