The top level of this 4 story home includes the 1st master suite, a bunk room, shared bathroom and a private, enclosed deck with its own coffee bar as well as a 55" television in the bedroom.
The second level has two private suites with private bathrooms and decks as well as the laundry room. Both rooms have a 42" television, one room has a pack-n-play in the closet and the other has a small futon that folds out for your little sleepers.
The main level boasts a gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances and a Weber grill just outside on the deck for grilling up steaks, burgers & brats. The deck has seating for 6 and its own firetable! The open living room/dining room combo provides an 8 mile panoramic view of the main channel. The living room showcases an 72" flat screen television with Hulu, Discover + and Netflix. The dining room table seats 6 and the oversized kitchen island seats 4 comfortably. A half bath is located on this floor as well.
The lower level has its own living room, dining area and game room along with a second master suite. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is so much room for activities!
