Enjoy panoramic views from the coastline of Maine & New Hampshire North to the Isles of Shoal East to Rockport & Gloucester South to Downtown Historic Newburyport West. Luxurious duplex has 4 bdrms, 2 full bath & opulent showers. Wake up to the SUNRISE & delight in the SUNSET! No trucks allowed ie F-150s and Surburbans. Guests must clean the grill. Propane not supplied
The Space:
Ocean front with views of Atlantic Ocean & New England Coastline up to Maine.
Please note: This is a house and occasionally things may break or malfunction due to the regular wear and tear of summer rentals. When this happens we will have them fixed as soon we possibly can. Unfortunately sometimes mechanics, plumbers etc. can sometimes take days to come out. We are not a hotel, and can not move you to another unit if something malfunctions.

We have four on sight parking spaces for this unit (for average size cars, no big trucks) There is the Plum Island Kitchen which is walking distance from the unit that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach is about 100 feet from the unit.

Newburyport has received several awards from National organizations for its history & beautification projects making it a popular destination for tourists throughout the year. It's only 30 miles north of Boston , which is accessible by both train & bus . Newburyport is also close to Portsmouth New Hampshire & Portland Maine
