3 Bedroom Apartment with Internet, Kitchen and Laundry

As a brand-new, renovation, the stylish, contemporary open kitchen/living room floor plan is the leading feature for this 3 bedroom, 2 bath,1,500 square foot apartment. The open, common area is spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a very comfortable space for family gatherings. Everything you need for an amazing stay is provided: 1GB high speed wi-fi, TVs in bedrooms and living room, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and in the event this trip might be a working vacation, a desk is provided as dedicated space for remote working.
As you walk in the front door, the open kitchen/dining area/living room comes immediately into view. Your eye is drawn to the stylish kitchen island as the “center hub,” center of the action. New appliances surround the island: fridge, sink, oven/microwave—all of it sparkles with newness! To your left is a quieter dining area, table seating for 4. The living room couch and chair angled facing the kitchen area—so guests can maximize the enjoyment of each other’s company. A large, flatscreen SmartTV hangs strategically in the front of the room so all, if they wish, can enjoy the show.
Down the hallway, one passes a dedicated work space, a desk and chair inviting one away from the kitchen and living room conversation to a quieter area to get the work done. A utility room with a large new washer and dryer set makes itself centrally-positioned, conveniently available to guests in all three bedrooms. A full-sized guest bathroom is a few steps further down the hallway on the left, with a shower/tub combo and a touch-screen, lighted mirror over the sink.
At the end of the hallway, is the master suite: a master bedroom with a large, King bed and its own SmartTV. Also in the suite is a beautiful master bathroom, with its large, walk-in, tiled shower and another touch-screen, lighted mirror over the sink. The bathroom includes a second, full-length mirror to help one make sure that everything looks just right.
Two other bedrooms, one off the hallway and one off the living room, provide ample space for our guests to rest, a queen bed in each guest bedroom. All linens are provided: sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths.
Location is definitely a plus with a stay in this unit in a quiet neighborhood, only a few miles from Southern Adventist University. Up the hill from this property, about 100 yds, is access to the university’s White Oak Mountain trail system—which boasts some of the best mountain biking and hiking trails in TN! Bring your hiking shoes and your bikes!
The university is famous for its unique vegetarian and vegan cuisine. It also provides to the community, for only a small daily fee, access to a state of the art Hulsey Wellness Center:

This apartment is part of a 2-unit house. The upper level of the house is divided from this separate basement apartment on the first floor. The upper level is also often rented out to guests as vacation space as well. There is heavy insulation between the two levels, so neither party should hear the other, and a staircase that is double locked on both sides, with only the property manager able to unlock it. This apartment is separate and private.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The new renovation is modern and beautiful. The location is a little remote but not too far from town. There are lots of great hiking trails all around. It's the ideal place to get away from it all. Downtown Chattanooga is only about 20 minutes away with amazing restaurants, the Aquarium, IMAX theater, the scenic Riverside Walk to name a few. The host is great and the property manager is very helpful. We really enjoyed our time there.
