Recently completed in late 2024, VISTA is brand new to the vacation rental market. Conceptualized, designed and developed by long-time vacation property owners, this retreat home follows our formula for creating truly memorable spaces.... places that are not only beautiful, but safe, comfortable and inspiring. Our extraordinarily private and quiet canyon neighborhood is comprised of just 5 homes nestled right up against the mountain on a private road. The rest of our neighbors are year-'round locals including road runners, red tail hawks, quail, bob cats, and an large extended family of the majestic bid horn sheep. Here in Cahuilla Hills, the stars at night ARE big and bright... making each and every night seem miles away from the city. A spattering of lights below highlights the communities of Big Horn, Ironwood, The Vintage, and in the distance, the valley floor. So close, but feels so far from the hustle and bustle. Seldom do we hear a vehicle unless it's one of our hospitable neighbors or a service vehicle.
