Relax in this completely renovated 2-story family home, rich with Southampton history, on a quiet cul-de-sac. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with sparkling full-sized pool was the first on the block, and still sits on just under 1 full acre of land. Only 1.1 miles from quaint downtown Southampton where you can enjoy morning espresso at Hampton Coffee Company, shopping, and world class dining. The Space
“Wonderful, Wonderful” has been lovingly restored by the original owners’ three grandsons, and modernized with the sole purpose of providing the ultimate Hamptons experience. Statement double doors invite you inside, after you’ve conveniently parked in the ample driveway.
