This is a quiet neighborhood but just blocks away from all of the best attractions and restaurants in the Dells!
Perfectly situated waterfront and near one of the two beaches, this condo is easily accessed with an elevator to take you down one floor from the parking lot. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. Noah`s Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (.4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.
