Blenheim House has just recently undergone an extensive upgrade creating a truly magnificent home by the sea. The professional interior designer has lovingly brought the house back to life, complementing the superb Victorian features with some stunning contemporary design ideas. luxurious, spacious surroundings, offering plenty of space for 12 guests. 10 adults and 2 children. As well as offering 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, Blenheim also offers a study, children’s playroom with a smart TV and a wii, a pool room, indoor bar and sitting area, plus a swimming pool, with an outdoor gas bbq area.

First Floor:
6 bedrooms: 3 X super-king bedrooms, all ensuite with hairdryers. 2 x twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. These 5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 adults comfortably, and all have a radio alarm.
1 x single bed, with a roll out bed underneath, therefore suitable for 2 children (please advise if you require it set up as a single or twin), Office area and the 5th shower room.
Ground floor:
Well-equipped fitted kitchen, kitchen dining area with patio doors to the rear garden, utility room, Spacious sitting room with a smart TV and door onto the front lawned garden, a large dining room with patio doors into the front lawned garden. Indoor bar / sitting area, adult playroom with a pool table, children’s playroom, family shower room, WC.
Outside:
Rear Garden
Swimming pool, hot tub on request only, outdoor gas bbq area with outdoor dining table, outdoor chairs, and loungers.
Front garden
Set to lawn and flower beds, with lovely sea views.
Amenities:
Gas fired heating and hot water (water tank), range oven, with gas hob and electric ovens, microwave, large fridge freezer, 2 x dishwashers, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, picnic ware and plastic plates, cups etc for the garden and pool area are provided, cloths airer, 2 x smart TV’s with Netflix inc, wii game system, pool table, 2 x Graco compact travel cots up to 3 years on request, 2 x highchairs on request, linen and towels included in the rent, please bring your own beach / pool towels, 5 radio alarms, Bluetooth speaker 3 hairdryers, iron and ironing board. Note: the log burner is not commissioned at this time, and cannot be used.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO FENCE AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE BACK GARDEN.
THERE IS A HOT TUB AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, PLEASE ASK ABOUT USING THE HOT TUB BEFORE BOOKING.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE UNSUPERVISED TEENAGERS / YOUNG ADULTS IF CONSUMING ALCOHOL AROUND THE POOL AREA, THIS IS FOR SAFETY REASONS.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE USING THE POOL AND HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Please be advised: the pool cover should be shut every night to keep the heat in - thank you.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH / POOL AND HOT TUB TOWELS.
Please be aware that the house has close neighbours who are concerned about noise. Please be considerate at all times, quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please respect the neighbours at all times. Thank You

Blenheim House is moments from the stunning Freshwater Bay. The Bay offers many exhilarating sports on and off the water, something for the whole family, like kayaking, paddle-boarding, horse riding, golf, stunning walks and mountain biking, boat trips, deep sea fishing and for the more adventurous there is paragliding or kite surfing. After a long day at the beach, why not treat yourself to spoiling meal or cocktail at The Hut which is only 2 miles from Blenheim House, watching some spectacular skies as the sun sets on the horizon. Blenheim House and Freshwater Bay has it all, a real relaxing haven, creating the perfect holiday home for the whole family.
