Summary: The property was not fancy, but it was just what we were looking for. Property manager was great, property was clean and the benefits of the Super 8 were an added bonus (fresh towels, basic breakfast, pool & hot tub). Rooms didn’t have ac, but box fans were provided and honestly we didn’t even need ac even though it was July. Main room had ac. Hill City was a perfect launch point for exploring the Black Hills. The property was just off the main drag, so you could easily walk downtown from the property. If I lived at the property, I’d remodel the kitchen and bathrooms, but all were very serviceable and clean!
