Positive: I like the house and its grounds

Negative: I did not like the advert saying sea view when u can only see it barely if u squint, also the fact that it implied it was close when it was miles away. The kitchen had an Ant infestation. Teflon pans were severely scratched n should have been binned as they were unusable. Scratched teflon causes Cancer (proven now) yet still there! I tried for days to make contact but couldnt so had to leave my dog at home. Really overpriced because of location n despite size of the house the Ant problem, pan problem, contact problems amd also the fact it does not really have a sea view and the rest e.g rhe pics of the sandy estuary that are still far n ya not allowed on but are in the photos. £400 for 2 nights is more appropriate n fair. I paid nearly £600! Also lights were bad hardly any lamps worked
