A lovely traditional white weatherboard semi-detached cottage situated in a fabulous location right on the edge of Bewl Reservoir. Having access straight from a gate in the garden onto the reservoir its provides easy access to walk or cycle up to 13 miles through woodlands and meadows, stopping at the nearby traditional pub The Bull at Three Leg Cross for a welcome drink. The pretty town of Ticehurst offers local independent craft and vintage stores and pretty cafes and pubs and Royal Tunbridge Wells a short drive away offers more extensive dining and shopping opportunities National Trust properties such as Bodiam and Scotney Castles, the beautiful gardens at Sissinghurst and Pashley Manor are nearby. Bedgebury Pinetum is a wonderful place to wander through ancient pine trees and has a Go Ape site for the adventurous. For the golfers there are two course Dale Hill and Lamberhurst on the doorstep.
