Summary: When we arrived to our property the front bedroom bathroom had a bucket set in it to collect water from a dripping ceiling and the toilet was running. The master bathroom shower also has a continuous drip. You can tell both of these are not new issues with the leak ring on the floor and mold build up in the shower. We did call maintenance and they did come fix the toilet. The dishwasher rack is clearly the wrong size and needs to be replaced as it is a frustrating situation every time we loaded/unloaded it. The rooftop furniture and cushions are shredded in sections and a cushions had burn holes. Be careful when you sit in the egg swing chair as it is not stable. The master bedroom door blinds are disconnected and hanging. The towels look like rag towels and are aged. All of these items could be fixed with some simple effort. The house was spacious with enough bedrooms and baths for us to spread out for 10 of us. The hot tub was wonderful for the end of the day activities. The location was also great to get to multiple destinations.
