Enjoy this beautifully renovated 3,300 square foot reverse floor plan home for family enjoyment and a private deck and yard.
This fully furnished home offers three bedrooms, three and a half baths. The house has three bedrooms which are all on the first floor. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle bed and the third has a full-sized bed with a twin sofa bed. The office, which doubles as a fourth bedroom, has a Room and Board queen sleeper sofa, a large clothes closet, TV, and desk. It is located on the second floor.
This home boasts a large family room with a 75” Smart TV, DVD player and surround Sonos system, a sectional sofa, and several armchairs. The open-plan gourmet kitchen has a bar countertop with stools for 4. The kitchen opens into the dining and sitting area with a sofa, two swivel chairs, and a gas fireplace. The dining room has a modern extension table, which seats 8-12. Off the sitting area is a Grateful Dead-themed music room with an electric piano, ukeleles, and a guitar or two for your use. In the garage, we have ping pong and foosball tables, a small home gym with weights, a yoga mat, medicine ball, and TRX suspension trainer (in yard). There is parking for two plus cars in our driveway. Outside in front is a small bocce ball court, and the backyard has an enclosed outdoor shower for sandy feet or an after-surf rinse-off. The fully fenced yard has artificial grass with beautiful landscaping and is a perfect place for games. Our home is one of the very few Westside houses on a double lot with a sizable yard. There is a large deck with comfy furniture, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, and a table with seating for 10 with heat lamps. The deck provides unparalleled ocean and sunset views. For kids, there is a skateboard park, playground, and tennis courts just down the street in a dog-friendly park.
Perfect for four couples or two families.
*Please note that this is our primary residence. Guests are welcome to use any/all items which are in our home, including condiments, laundry supplies, towels, toys, games, books, etc. We have chairs, coolers, an umbrella, bags for the beach, a foam surfboard, boogie boards, pickleball equipment, a small-frame hybrid bike, two cruisers for your use and much more!
Downtown San Jose and the San Jose Airport are approximately 30 minutes away. The San Francisco Airport is 60 minutes away, as is Carmel, Monterey, and Pebble Beach. Downtown San Francisco is 80 minutes away.
*Minimum age of renters is 30. Please take note that this is a strictly “no parties property” and the owner may require guest names and ID, if not provided. At no time can the number of guests exceed the number detailed in the reservation unless special permission was requested and agreed to by owner and guest.

Occasionally, guests may ask to bring along their dog. Santa Cruz is friendly to people and dogs. You may be permitted to bring your dog if you agree to the rules established to maintain the quality of cleanliness for everyone seeking to enjoy this beach house.
