You’ll be staying two blocks from the best fine dining restaurant in town, Little on Mountain, as well as two blocks from the Fresh Foods Grocery Store. Three-quarters of a mile to the north, you’ll find the Poudre Recreation Trail.
On a short walk or drive to downtown, you’ll find plenty of entertainment with restaurants, breweries, shopping, boutiques, and the Poudre Whitewater Park.

We know you love your fur babies, but we REALLY try to prevent any scratches on all the soft wood floors and trim, so please keep a close eye on your pets.
Quite hours are 10p to 8a. We want to keep our neighbors happy so please keep noise down during these hours.
