Easily one of the best locations in Bembridge, Harbour Lights stands adjacent to the marina with lovely views on one side, while on the other is the nature reserve running alongside the River Yar - outstanding views from every room, throughout the seasons...
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, catering for up to 10 people, this house is perfect for family holidays and groups of friends alike.
Harbour Lights offers something for everyone, including families, water sports enthusiasts, bird lovers and walkers, while cyclists will be thrilled to find that the property includes a large, secure storage room for bicycles. Not to be missed is a walk across the Duver for a game of beach cricket at low tide, and to count the bunnies emerging on the dunes as the sun sets on the way home!
The house was completely and tastefully refurbished earlier this year and offers comfortably furnished, bright and airy rooms.
The accommodation includes a double bedroom with a Kingsize bed and en-suite shower on the ground floor, where there is also a spacious hall and a utility room.
On the first floor there is a large/living area, which can comfortably accommodate 10 people for meals, a large terrace, and well-equipped kitchen featuring an American type fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven and 5-burner hob. There is also a shower room.
A further double bedroom, also with a Kingsize bed, and two triple bedrooms (one with bunk beds) are found on the second floor alongside another bathroom.
The 'piece de resistance' of the accommodation is the large living space on the top floor, featuring incredible views each side from two balconies and floor to ceiling windows. Daybreak across the harbour is worth getting up early for, and the sunsets are breathtaking at times. And when the sun goes down, plenty of sofa space, a 49" TV, full-size table football game and even a drinks fridge mean that everybody can relax in comfort!. There's also a fourth shower room.
For those needing to answer emails there is dedicated high speed internet.
Harbour Lights has private off-road parking for two to three cars, a patio overlooking the marina, and a secure bike store.

Great place for a family holiday with wonderful views, one way to the marina and the other to the marshes and nature reserve. Very well appointed and comfortable.
