Two story, all brick country farm house located in the quiet farming town of Kamas. This home was built by my grandparents as they homesteaded their cattle ranch on the west foothills of the Kamas Valley in the early 1900's. This is a brand new restoration where we've tried to maintain the old time country charm that we grew up loving in this wonderful home. Four bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, nook, dining room , and living room with a two car detached garage with patio and outdoor fireplace. This warm and cozy home is exactly 15.4 miles to the Park City Mountain Resort, 17.4 miles to the Canyons/ Park City resort entrance. 16.2 miles to the Deer Valley Resort, and 10.1 miles to the east entrance/Jordanelle Gondola to Deer Valley. You will experience little, if any, traffic from this Kamas house to the ski resorts. There are several local restaurants in Kamas along with a large grocery store(two blocks), pizza take-out(two blocks away), liquor store(two blocks away), and two gas stations (closest is one block away). The very modern and fancy Summit County Aquatics and Fitness center is exactly two blocks away. For those vacationers willing to drive 15 minutes to the ski resorts or downtown Park City, this home offers tremendous value when compared to properties within Park City/Deer Valley while offering a quiet and cozy escape from the crowds and busy ski resorts.
