The home sits on the Gelcys Canal close to the South Spreader Water way with no bridges allowing for sailboat access. This home is very spacious and ideal for entertaining with an open floor plan and a huge great room, kitchen, living and dining area. The great room has a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to an oversized lanai with kitchen, pool and spa. This home has a recently remodeled lanai kitchen with grill, induction cooktop, fruit trees and much more!
Enjoy coffee overlooking the canal or a glass of wine as you enjoy a beautiful sunset over the mangrove trees! Canal is fishing and kayak friendly and area is bike friendly so plan to enjoy the miles of bike paths just out our front door!
