It is 900 meters from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea in the clear Adriatic.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and guests will be accommodated in 5 bedrooms, four of which have double beds, and the fifth room has 2 bunk beds. Likewise, the villa has 3 en suite bathrooms with a shower, and two rooms share a fourth bathroom, also with a shower. One of the mentioned rooms is located outside the villa, in a separate house.
The spacious living room includes a comfortable corner set with a coffee table, where you can watch your favorite movies and series on TV. Right next to the living room is a beautiful kitchen with a bar, and a dining room with a dining table and seating.
The dining room leads directly to the outdoor space and terrace. The outdoor terrace will be a place to socialize, have fun and play thanks to the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. On the sunbathing area, next to the pool, there are deckchairs for relaxing your body and soul, and there is also an outdoor seating area, perfect for drinking coffee. The jacuzzi, which is just one of the facilities that will completely delight you, is ready to provide romantic evenings with a few glasses of top wine.
You will not have to prepare your favorite dishes only inside the villa, in the kitchen, but there is also an outdoor charcoal/wood grill on the terrace, which will be an excellent opportunity to test your culinary skills. Next to the grill is an outdoor covered dining table with 12 seats.
