Positive: 1 The location is close to most scenic spots in Miami. There're several stores including grocery ones in the building. 2 They offer ALMOST everything you need for short-term stay. You can cook and do laundry in the apartment. 3 There's a gym, swimming pool, SPA and lounge room. 4 They give you detailed instruction about check-in, parking and check-out. They even make a video to show you how to find the main entrance and garage. 5 The staffs are friendly and respectful. 6 Price is not high.
Negative: 1 They ask you to send copies of every guest's photo ID to them for registration via message on the Booking APP before you arrive. I don't know if it's just me or for whatever reason I can't send pictures in the chat on the APP. I have to do it via cell phone text message. Maybe you can do it on the Booking website on a computer or laptop I'm not sure. I've been traveling in the US multiple times and I have stayed in private properties before. This is the 1st time I got asked to send copies of photo ID for registration on the APP. 2 The roads around the building are all one-way so you can only drive clockwise. 3 We spent about an hour on figuring out the routes when we arrived. I guess their instruction is not good enough to me. In their video when the guide driver arrives at the garage he says "go up" to get your fob and parking pass. In the instruction message I received in the APP it says the fob is in the apartment with unlocked door. So when I heard him saying "go up" I just assumed he meant taking the elevator to my apartment to get my fob and parking pass. Turns out there're 2 types of elevators. The closest one to my parking spot only takes us to the entrance hall where the reception desk is. It doesn't take me to my partment. The other ones do. And without the fob you can't get access to your apartment or anywhere except entrance hall. So you have to use one elevator to get to the reception desk then the staff will use his fob to get you to your apartment. They never mentioned this in their instructions. The whole building is like a maze for new comers without a map like us. The locations of my parking spot, the elevators and the routes to every location are confusing. We had to take the elevators to go up and down a couple of times to figire out where is where after we got the fob. When I called their phone number for help no one answered. 4 Our apartment is on the 17th floor.
