Located in a quiet gated community away from the busy cities and traffic, this one story ground level home is situated just off the 5th green of Sidewinder Golf Course, one of the two Gold Canyon Resort Courses. It is approximately 25 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport and 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
This vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The floor plan is open and very spacious feeling with 11 foot ceilings.
