Rejuvenate in the upstairs, private master and ensuite complete with fully appointed queen bedroom suite, private deck and 2-person jetted tub. Enjoy cooking and entertaining friends in the fully equipped kitchen fit-for-a-chef with 5 burner gas range and stainless steel appliances. Attached kitchen nook has incredible views of the lake and seating for eight plus additional seating for four at the adjacent kitchen island. Adjoining main floor 'BBQ deck' contains BBQ and available table seating and 'Conversation deck' includes casual seating for about 6 guests. Entertain yourselves in the great room complete with gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD/Blue Ray and surround sound all only steps from two guest bedrooms, mainfloor bathroom and laundry facilities. Downstairs you will find the fully developed walkout basement ideal for a kids hide-a-way with games and puzzles, TV, DVD and PS2. The layout there includes 1 bedroom that can sleep 6 in 2 separate jack and jill style bunk beds, a 2 * twin bed alcove, 3 piece bathroom, storage, foosball and ping pong table. Head directly below our property for a vigorous 5 minute trek to Lake Okanagan for splendid water activities. Boat owners will benefit from the public boat launch there which is the first available public boat launch north of Kelowna.. Enjoy exploring a few miles of natural public beaches and participating in a wide variety of water sports and activities. Also explore the many surrounding orchards and purchase freshly picked fruit and vegetables within walking distance from the house.
