Summary: Close to subway Q line that can take people into Manhattan. Located in a very diverse vibrant busy neighborhood in Flatbush area. Very clean, a remodeled kitchen with new appliances that can have a couple more pans for people who may want to cook. Comfortable looking. The furnitures are old and the beds are to the soft side. Upon arrival the hostess/owner did a walk through and required to sign off a check list and upon check out there was another walk through. The confusing thing was when I booked the place it was listed as 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It turned out to be 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I informed the owner the next day and the explanation given was VRBO made the mistake on the website. She made the corrections with VRBO and changed to show accurately. Our fourth person only spent 2 out of 9 nights so it was not a major issue for us but thought it was important to mention. Did appreciate the owner’s concern of wanting guess to keep the place in good condition but a little balance maybe a good thing.
