4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Sports and Barbecue

Whole building rental. 4 bedrooms, 4 queen beds, 2 twin, 2 futons, 4 walk in shower bathrooms. Key code locks for each room on patio , all have separate entrance
. Located on a rural retreat of serenity on 11 acres that is over looking rolling hills with horses and wildlife. Beach themed rooms of all beach décor. Smart Tvs .
I have yard games, indoor games, bon fires , waterfall pond , grills for cooking and serenity to offer. I’m based in Brook Park just over an hour north of the cities out in the country. Nearby is Hinckley Casino, state parks, Vasselopa skiing, movies, fishing, hunting, kayak rental, lakes, shopping , wineries, golf, bowling and much more. I live a ways behind this building in my home so after check in you have your privacy. Just a note, Im not set up anywhere for children to play. A pre-approval needed for a well managed dog that is good with cats on my farm.
I am licensed and state inspected. All bedding, towels and slippers will be washed before every arrival. Game room with pool table, fooseball and ping pong.

Summary: The good: The rooms were well kept and stocked, the property was kept nice as well, the added game room was a great addition and place to get away from the mosquitoes in the evenings as a group. The Bad: The posting states 5 bedrooms but at midnight of the first night the host arrived to tell us we couldn't use the 5th room even though we had booked for the max number of people and paid the extra person charge. The posts lists a grill but when we arrived the host said we had to bring our own propane tank for the grill so we could not use that. Interactions with the host were overall poor.
