This newly completed villa is located on the hillside above Uzumlu Village some 9 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. Purpose- built for the use of honeymoons couples, this villa has been designe to provide an ideal combination of luxury and privacy. The pool terrace is unseen from outside the villa, thus making it an ideal choice for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy for religious or other reasons.
The accomodation comprises of a stylishly furnished open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area which opens on to a decked outdoor dining area and the pool terrace. The large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large luxurious jacuzzi for guests to use whilst enjoying the views. There is also a bathroom off the living area.
The pool is 7 x 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep.The pool terrace is furnished with a dining area, comfortable seating and sunloungers. From here guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Patara Beach and on a clear night sea the lights on the island of Rhodes!
The last 750 metres of road to the villa is unmade but driveable. Guests staying here would need the use of a vehicle, but the local grocers and restaurants also do a free delivery service to this villa. The nearest grocers and restaurant are approximately 1 km away.
