The Space:
The apartment is located on the ground floor, and there are no stairs to enter (there is only one step at the entrance of the building), access is very comfortable.
It is perfect for 2 people or for a couple with a small child.
The perfect decoration with an industrial yet modern air makes our guests' stay totally cozy.
The apartment is very well equipped, has very large and open spaces. The air conditioning cools the entire apartment in summer and heats the apartment in winter.
It has a fully equipped double room, with two single beds, large closets, desk and TV to relax after visiting the city, working or studying.
The spacious living-dining room has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a large 65-inch television to watch the best movies and enjoy fantastic evenings. The dining area equipped with a beautiful round table and comfortable green and yellow chairs to match the entire room.
On the other side of the room is the kitchen area, fully equipped (it has all the appliances to make the stay as comfortable as possible), modern and bright, and also has a bar with stools for breakfast.
The bathroom is large, fitted and has a large shower and plenty of storage space.
In addition, the apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and space to iron and care for clothes.
The entire apartment is decorated with many plants, it is designed to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible and to make their stay as perfect as possible.

Parties and events and hosting more people than those on the reservation are completely prohibited. It is not possible to make noise at night or play music during the night.
** As this is an apartment that is rented for stays of one month or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds (€7 per day) before arrival and will adjust it upon departure with the utility bills, the guest will only pay for the electricity, water and gas they consume.

Other Things to Note:
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
