SUMMER Rentals: Relax and enjoy all the amenities of Lake life in our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo just steps from the edge of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy morning coffee on the spacious deck with spectacular views of the lake or sit back and relax on the cement patio just feet from the waters edge while the kids play in the lake. Our condo offers sleeping for 6 with 2 bedrooms both with queen sized beds and a pullout sofa sleeper with mattress. The bedrooms are located on the lower level of the condo and can be cool in the winter. However, we do have space heaters to use to keep you cozy. If you have a boat, bring it along . We offer an optional boat slip with hoist for an additional daily rental of $25.00/day (boat limit of 4,000 lb) Unfortunately, the hoist is set up for standard hulls and not pontoons / tritoons. If your boat doesn't fit the hoist, there are several boat launches nearby. Feel free to pull up to the docks for convenient vessel loading and unloading. Condo comes with basic cooking supplies, refrigerator, stove, microwave and linens 1 TV with basic cable and a Roku for internet TV, BBQ grill, use of a firepit, and 2 kayaks for use. Parking for 2 cars plus overflow parking and trailer parking is available across the street. LONG TERM Rentals:
Please inquire with the owners regarding long term rental rates. Long term rentals are considered to be 28 consecutive days minimum.
WINTER Rentals: Please feel free to use the provided electric heaters in the bedrooms as it can get cold (especially if you run the fireplace up stairs). Use them on the LOW setting and you will get all the heat you need in the rooms without tripping the breaker.
