Enjoy plenty of water frontage privacy just minutes from downtown Charlevoix and East Jordan. Just 20 minutes to Boyne Resort. Four bedrooms plus two pull out couches makes room for plenty. Take a step out on the back deck and you are 30 feet from the water! Roast your marshmallows at the fire pit by the shore or hang out on the spacious deck by the water. Clean swimming area with gradual decline for little ones or jump off the end of the dock for a refreshing swim. Play on the swing set, float on a raft, go kayaking, play in the sand boxes.
