The house is located about 150 m. from the original main square where the local stone and the wrought iron blend in harmony with the ancient wash house and the church of the '700, in an enchanting quiet and sunny plain for the whole day given its exposure.
Nearby there are other private houses and lots of nature with the possibility of walking in the woods.
The plain sweeps over the surrounding mountains and Lake Orta, you can see: the Sacro Monte di Orta, the sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, the peaks of Monte Rosa, Mount Massone and Mount Mottarone, panoramic winter and summer ski resort for walks and trekking about 15 km away.
