Beautiful, cozy and clean big basement apartment. 2 big bedrooms, walking closets, 1 bath, everything is very modern, private entrance, parking on premises, quiet area and we are close to it all! We are around 20 min. from SLC and SLC Airport, 9 min. from Lagoon, and 8 minutes from Cherry Hill. Ski resorts 40 minutes to 1 hr, hiking places 10 min away, shopping area 5 min away, we had an awesome mall 5 min away, were you can find variety of restaurants, a Theater movie and a lot more.
The space
The whole basement is yours during your stay with a separate entrance.
brand new and remodeled kitchen, with granite counter tops, open shelves cabinets, new dining table, washer and dryer, dishwasher, sink and disposal.
Other things to note
If staying for more than a week you are required to supply for yourselves extra cleaning items like shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Summary: My 3 girls and I went on vacation from Wyoming. The house was clean and nice and very comfortable. The property owner is amazing and made sure we were taken care of. It’s an amazing experience and place is beautiful with a view of the mountains.
