It boasts a stunning open plan kitchen living room, which forms the heart of the home, complimented by a good practical utility room, a further reception room and a range of bedrooms. Throughout the property the living space is light and well presented with the majority of rooms overlooking open countryside.
Outside the house is set back from the lane behind wooden gates with ample private parking. The gardens are well landscaped to offer space for enjoyment and summer entertaining.
Huntsbury Cottage is situated in the desirable hamlet of Foscot, which is equidistant between the picturesque towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton on the Water and Burford, which offer a range of shops and other facilities. There is easy access to Kingham railway station, which has a direct line to Oxford and Paddington, London.
