The large primary bedroom with queen bed has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and its own south facing balcony overlooking peaceful backyards. You'll also enjoy black out shades on all windows and doors, a wall mounted AC unit and a large closet with shelves and hanging space.
The secondary bedroom is on the back side of the apartment and doesn't face the street. It also has a queen bed, black out shades and a large closet with shelves and hanging space. A second bathroom with shower is located next to this bedroom.
The third bedroom has been converted into an office, and features a desk, a comfortable chair and a monitor. You'll also find in the office a collection of books and a plant.
The living room with its beautifully appointed furniture includes a grand piano which we're happy to make available to our guests. We hope you enjoy playing it and simply ask that you take great care of it. That includes not putting anything on the Piano, drinks or else. The Smart TV doesn't have cable but includes a Netflix subscription.
The kitchen and dining room are equipped with everything you need to cook amazing meals and enjoy great moments with friends and family. Top of the line appliances include a Viking fridge, Bertazzoni range and wine cooler just to name a few. Other small appliances like a coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, microwave and more are also included. The dining table comfortably sits 6 guests.
The rooftop and its sweeping Brooklyn views includes two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and an umbrella. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Please note that there are two rooftops on the building, yours is to the right when you arrive on the roof of the building. You'll need to go a up two steps once on the roof to get to it.

Prospect Heights is a vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood just north of Prospect Park, famous for its brownstones and cultural institutions like the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum. Home to a deeply rooted Caribbean-American community, it also draws a diverse crowd thanks to music and sports events at the Barclays Center. Some of Brooklyn's most acclaimed restaurants (Oxalis, Olmstead...) and cocktail bars (Weather Up) are located along Vanderbilt Ave and Washington Ave... around the corner from the apartment!

This apartment is located on the third floor, with no elevator access.
The rooftop on the front of the building is your private rooftop for you to enjoy. It is open to the rooftop in the back of the building, which means that if both are used at the same time people on adjacent rooftops will see and hear each other.
Guests staying 30+ days are considered tenants by NYS laws and will therefore be asked to sign a lease.
