The pool opens when the good weather starts in May/June, it closes between October/November.
It is a secluded residential area facing the sea. It is an apartment with a unique view of the bay of pagueral, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca with the best sunsets in front of you.
The apartment has an elevator, with about 140m2 divided into two double rooms with bathroom en suite each, double beds of 180x200cm Wardrobes, dressers and hairdryers in each bathroom.
It consists of a bright kitchen with ceramic hob for cooking, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, water heater for kettle, various types of coffee makers (Dolce gusto, Italian coffee maker and filter coffee maker). It has a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and 200L hot water thermos.
There is a large living room, a toilet and a terrace facing the sea where you can eat, relax or simply enjoy the views.
The apartment has hot / cold / ionizer air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. There is TV and WIFI.
The apartment has all the basics such as toilet paper, napkins, soap and fabric softener, hand soap, and basic cleaning products. Includes shower towels, beach towels and bed linen.
It complies with safety regulations, with smoke detectors in each room, as well as two fire extinguishers and a first aid kit.
The building consists of a garden area and private parking for the exclusive use of the owners of the building, with free parking upon arrival of the owners, as well as descent to the sea for boats with trailers. It has a large and beautiful pool. There is a sun terrace by the pool and the apartment has 4 private sun loungers and parasols for your use. there are three stairs to jump into the sea.I remain at your disposal for emergencies, throughout your stay, answering your possible calls or messages. When you arrive, we will wait for you at the apartment to welcome you and show you the details of the house and the area.

At the southwestern tip of Santa Ponsa is Costa de la Calma, a very unspoiled coastal area with very few hotels and residences. An authentic Mediterranean paradise where you can enjoy a unique vacation in front of the sea.
About 5 minutes walk there are service areas with shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bicycle and segway rental, on the Costa de la Calma. There is also a taxi rank, and a bus that will connect you with the entire area.
And in 15-20 minutes walking you will reach the tourist heart of Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy all its shopping area, its restaurants and its paradisiacal white sand beach and turquoise waters. In Santa Ponsa you can also rent all kinds of leisure services, excursions, jet skis, boats, pedal boats, etc. And it is connected to the entire coast of Calviá, up to the capital, Palma de Mallorca, with regular buses.
