*3rd floor rooftop with fireplace, as well as grill, bar, etc
*Foodie heaven within walking distance (Germantown and downtown) - also the Nashville Sound, Titans, Farmers Market, parks, live music, bars and coffee shops)

Summary: Doesn't sleep 12, although we had half that number, so we were very comfortable. All drawers, cabinets and pantries very full and cluttered and not very clean. Felt that all the extra fees to "clean" and "process" should have covered everything, however quite a lot was required of us to "check out"....run dishwasher, gather sheets, wash load of towels, take thrash out which was not easily accessible at house due to locked garage, etc.
