The property is in the best neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta, ideal home if you like open spaces, big living room in a unique Mexican style, we are 15 minutes walking to Conchas Chinas beach and 25 minutes walking to Romantic zone and all the restaurants and bars. Uber to downtown is 7 min away and regular no more than 5usd
Make yourself feel at home, enjoy the private pool and lots of privacy from room to room, is a unique building that will welcome you. !
We have one main kitchen and for the coffe lovers we have one room with a extra Kitchen at the pool level. Party’s or reunions are allowed till midnight. Also we have pre arriving service if it’s need it.

Summary: Felt very secure and safe. The pool was great as the beach was a ride away. The living area is open to animals and the elements. 3 bedrooms are enclosed each with its own toilet and shower. Very family friendly and comfortable with lots of room for everyone. Hosts were awesome and reside on the property. Lots and lots of stairs as each room was a different level though with great views. Taxis everywhere.
