This spacious 1900 sq. Ft. (175.6 sq. metres) condo features huge glass retractable walls opening to a large deck overlooking the pool. The front 2 bedrooms over look the pool and the 3 rd has a ocean view. The well appointed villa has all necessary kitchen amenities, linens, towels, Wifi, internet TV, (TV and DVDs are also provided in double bed bedroom.) In the kitchen, sit on raised stools around the breakfast bar and chat as you test your culinary or bartending skills on the granite counter tops. The gorgeous dining table will seat up to eight people
If you are worried about the water quality, don’t be. The villa has a new water filtration system with 99.8% bacteria filter and then a carbon filter for the whole villa and then same 2 filters on the back of the fridge for ice cubes and drinking water. Doubling down for your protection. .
All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning as well as A/C in main living area. The master bedroom features a king size bed and has its own spacious ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a couch and ensuite with walk in shower. The 3 rd bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom, walk in shower with beautiful ocean and arch views.
There is a washer / dryer along with ironing board and iron are provided.
Villa Neptuno is extremely easy to find as it’s on the main road into Cabo San Lucas, just 3 miles (4km) from the center of downtown. All buses and taxis drive right past the front gate for easy access into town. Costco is 2 blocks away and Walmart is 1 mile (1.5km) away. The local restaurant/pub The Roadhouse/ Latitude 22, “Home of No Bad Days” is a block away.
If your preference is fine dining there are countless places to choose from.
There are also many golf courses within ten minutes of the house. The Baja shoreline reefs create spectacular snorkeling, fishing, surfing, whale watching all within 5 to 15 minutes from the house. While other experiences, La Paz, you can swim with whale sharks and seals, or go snorkeling on a organize tour.
Hiking trails are plenty with short and long hikes right from your door step.
Just when you think you have exhausted yourself with a fun filled day, evening arrives. Head to the roof top and relax on the outdoor patio furniture. The view is nothing short of spectacular. Soak in the sunset with a glass of wine, then head in to town for dinner or a night out! The night life in Cabo is guaranteed to be something you have never experienced before. You must get on the service road heading west. The service road parallels the main highway, on the way into town coming from San Jose(heading west) you must get on the service road before Costco,. Villa Neptuno is only a 2 blocks past Costco. You pass Costco, you see some shops, you see a brick wall, a speed bump on the road, you see a undeveloped lot, then turn right into the main entrance of Villa Neptunuo.
